CHPCA joins other Organizations in National Letter Opposing new Congressional Resolutions Targeting Clean Energy!

In brief, Congress is attempting to improperly apply the Congressional Review Act to overturn long-standing Clean Air Act program waivers that have helped or are scheduled to help reduce emissions from a range of sectors, leading to better air quality and health protections.

CHPCA stands with numerous other health and medical organizations in opposition to these changes, recognizing that losing such waivers will continue to worsen our climate crisis and heighten the impacts on people’s health.
